Elahi, Gahi, Negahi | الهی، گاهی، نگاهی

Elahi, Gahi, Negahi is a one-of-a-kind mixed-media Persian calligraphy artwork built around the intimate prayer:

الهی، گاهی، نگاهیElahi, Gahi, Negahi“O God, cast Your gaze upon me from time to time.”

Simple in words yet deeply emotional, the phrase expresses a quiet longing for divine attention, mercy, and remembrance — almost as if saying, “God, please don’t forget about me.”

The calligraphy rises dimensionally from a richly textured matte-black background, accented with deep burgundy and luminous gold leaf. The dark surface and glowing gold create a dramatic contrast that reflects the spiritual meaning of the words: even in darkness, there is hope for light, grace, and connection.

Size: 20 × 16 inches. Medium: Mixed media, dimensional Persian calligraphy, textured acrylic and gold-leaf detailing. Frame: Black frame included. Original: One of a kind, signed by Yass Art
